Emplifi, a leading customer engagement platform, announced the appointment of Jennifer Brooks as Chief Revenue Officer. As CRO, Brooks will oversee Emplifi’s revenue operations and lead the global sales team. She will focus on building a sales team structured for high-growth initiatives that prioritize customer-centric tactics while working cross-functionally to design and implement innovative go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

With more than a decade of experience leading revenue operations teams for global technology brands, Brook’s appointment to CRO comes at a pivotal stage for Emplifi as it moves into an accelerated growth phase – focused on driving results, increasing revenue, and powering digital experiences for the world’s leading brands.

“This is an exciting time for Emplifi. Not only are we leading in several third-party evaluations of software for social media management, but we continue to show momentum with large brands around the world,” said Ohad Hecht, CEO, Emplifi. “Jennifer’s impressive background in global business management and her proven ability to scale organizations strategically and tactically align perfectly with our ambitions. Her record-leading, high-growth revenue teams speak for themselves. Jennifer’s customer-centric approach, combined with her SaaS industry expertise, makes her the perfect leader to take our customers’ success to the next level. As we continue to expand our operations and enhance our market presence globally, bringing Jennifer on board as a key member of our leadership team is a major step in the right direction.”

Before joining Emplifi, Jennifer served as the CRO for Monotype, a private-equity-backed company that licenses digital assets and a SaaS platform for brands. Having spent over seven years at Monotype, Jennifer led GTM engagement strategies — launching multiple systems, building efficiency, and powering revenue generation projects. Her highly engaged team consistently met their goals and delivered value to clients. Jennifer has also held senior sales leadership roles at Olapic and Pitney Bowles, where she served as the Vice President of Global eCommerce Sales, leading all recruitment, hiring, and training efforts. Early in her career, Jennifer founded Magnetic, a web development firm, and led the organization until it was acquired by Bridgeline Digital, where she then spent three years as their SVP of Enterprise Business Development.

“As a sales executive, it is easy to be drawn to a company like Emplifi. The product is full of features and innovative use of technology, bolstered by AI and machine learning. It is used by thousands of the world’s leading brands to expand their social presence, increase social commerce, and dramatically reduce the expense of customer care,” said Jennifer Brooks, CRO, Emplifi. “It’s a natural choice to join Emplifi. I’m excited to work alongside the team to ensure Emplifi maintains its position as a leading customer engagement platform and achieves exceptional results for our clients.”
