Zig.ai has announced that its revenue execution platform can now be called directly from Claude and ChatGPT, giving sellers a new way to complete sales tasks through natural-language conversations.
The new capability allows users to ask an AI assistant to find target accounts, identify and enrich prospects, create outreach campaigns, prepare for meetings, and draft follow-ups. Zig.ai provides the customer context and execution capabilities behind these requests, turning plain-English instructions into completed revenue workflows.
Zig.ai says its integration goes beyond simply retrieving or summarizing sales information. Instead, the platform is designed to execute sales tasks based on instructions given through an AI assistant.
For example, a seller can ask the assistant to identify specific companies, find relevant decision-makers, create an outreach sequence, and schedule the campaign to begin on a particular date. The workflow can then be initiated from the same conversation.
Steve Ancheta, founder and CEO of Zig.ai, said many AI applications in sales primarily function as enhanced search tools, providing answers to questions about information stored in business systems.
Zig.ai takes a different approach by combining the broader knowledge available to AI assistants with the organization’s existing customer context. This allows sellers to use AI not only to research prospects but also to take action based on that information.
Traditionally, sales professionals may need to move between CRMs, prospecting platforms, sequencing tools, dialers, meeting applications, and research systems to complete a single sales motion.
Zig.ai aims to bring many of these activities into the AI assistant that sellers already use. Through the platform, Claude and ChatGPT can support workflows across lead search, enrichment, list building, outreach, email, calling, meeting preparation, research, pipeline management, and automation.
The new capability enables sellers to use AI conversations to identify potential accounts and buyers, while also enriching prospect information.
By combining prospecting workflows with existing customer context, Zig.ai is designed to help sellers move more quickly from account identification to targeted outreach.
Zig.ai also enables sellers to use AI assistants to support outreach campaigns, emails, calling workflows, and follow-up activities.
Instead of manually configuring every step across separate sales tools, users can describe the desired workflow in natural language. Zig.ai then acts as the execution layer for those instructions.
The platform can also support meeting preparation and prospect research. Sellers can use AI to gather relevant information before conversations and organize the context needed for customer interactions.
This is intended to reduce the amount of time sales teams spend manually researching accounts and preparing information across multiple applications.
The new capability builds on Zig.ai’s broader vision for revenue technology, in which the CRM remains the system of record while Zig.ai serves as the system of action.
The company believes AI can increasingly automate operational aspects of the revenue process, allowing sellers to spend less time navigating software and more time focused on customer relationships and sales conversations.
The integration with Claude and ChatGPT represents another step in Zig.ai’s effort to make AI-powered revenue execution available directly within conversational AI environments.
Rather than requiring sellers to learn and operate multiple separate tools for every stage of a sales workflow, Zig.ai is bringing prospecting, outreach, research, meeting preparation, and other revenue activities into a more unified conversational experience.
Zig.ai plans to showcase the new capability live at Closers Only Club in Brooklyn on September 27, 2026. The event will feature a performance by Austin Millz and Funk Flex as well as a panel of AI experts discussing how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of revenue teams.
The launch follows Zig.ai’s recent introduction of Enterprise Forward Deployment and represents the company’s continued effort to make sophisticated AI-powered revenue execution accessible to both enterprise organizations and individual sellers.
