Uniphore, a Business AI company, has introduced Marketing AI, a platform designed to move enterprise marketing beyond traditional customer data platforms (CDPs) by turning customer information into predictive, actionable intelligence.
The system combines digital twins, small language models (SLMs), simulation, and continuous learning to help marketers understand individual customers, forecast likely behaviors, and estimate campaign outcomes before budgets are committed.
Marketing AI creates a digital twin for each customer using an SLM trained on that individual’s behavioral patterns. Rather than relying primarily on broad customer segments, the system is designed to predict how specific individuals may respond to different marketing actions.
Uniphore says the compact models can also reduce the cost of running personalized AI at enterprise scale.
The platform allows marketing teams to test campaign strategies against digital twins before launching them. Simulations can generate predicted outcomes such as revenue, conversions, and customer drop-off rates across different stages of a marketing journey.
This gives marketing leaders a way to evaluate potential outcomes before allocating significant campaign budgets.
Marketing AI is designed around a continuous feedback loop. After campaigns run, actual customer responses are compared with the system's earlier predictions.
Those results are then used to refine the individual customer models and improve future simulations. Uniphore describes this as a self-learning Marketing AI Flywheel, where each campaign contributes additional intelligence to the system.
A key component of the platform is Sovereign AI, which gives organizations greater control over their models and data. Uniphore says its models can be fine-tuned using enterprise-owned data and deployed across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
The architecture is intended to support organizations with strict requirements around GDPR, HIPAA, data residency, and data governance.
Uniphore says its Marketing AI builds on the company's existing CDP capabilities by extending its composable approach from the data layer into the intelligence layer.
Instead of focusing primarily on collecting and organizing customer data, the platform aims to help organizations turn that data into continuously improving predictions and marketing decisions.
The launch reflects a broader shift toward AI-powered marketing systems that can not only understand historical customer behavior but also predict future actions, test strategies, and continuously adapt based on real-world results.
