New Product Review Pages and AI Search Tools

Trustpilot has launched new and expanded features designed to help businesses improve product, location, and brand visibility in AI-powered search.

The launch introduces dedicated Product Review Pages along with expanded Location Reviews, AI Search Market Insights, and a beta version of Trustpilot AI.

Dedicated Product Review Pages

The new Product Review Pages give individual products their own public presence on Trustpilot.

These pages allow businesses to collect and display detailed feedback about areas such as product fit, quality, and performance, helping individual products become more visible when consumers use AI platforms to compare products and decide what to purchase.

Improving Visibility in AI Search

Trustpilot said consumers increasingly use AI tools not only to discover brands but also to compare companies, evaluate products, and decide which locations to visit.

Ciaran Dynes, Chief Product Officer at Trustpilot, said structured customer feedback can provide AI systems with information about products, businesses, locations, and service quality when generating recommendations.

Research Shows Trustpilot Citation Visibility

Research from Seer Interactive found that Trustpilot was the most frequently cited review website across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Gemini in its analysis.

The research also found that businesses with dedicated Product Review Pages had 12 percentage points higher brand citation visibility compared with businesses relying only on a company profile.

Expanded Location Reviews

Trustpilot has also expanded its Location Reviews capabilities, allowing businesses to collect and manage reviews for individual stores, branches, and other locations.

New bulk-management tools and developer APIs are designed to help businesses manage large networks, compare location performance, and strengthen their visibility in local and conversational search.

AI Search Market Insights

The new AI Search Market Insights feature gives businesses information about how frequently their Trustpilot profiles appear in AI-generated answers.

Businesses can use the tool to compare AI citation visibility with competitors, monitor changes over time, and identify areas where their visibility may be weaker.

Trustpilot AI Enters Beta

Trustpilot has also introduced Trustpilot AI, currently available through a limited beta for Enterprise customers.

The AI assistant and MCP service can work within Slack, CRM platforms, and large language models to help businesses draft review responses, analyze customer-feedback trends, and support agentic workflows.

Turning Customer Feedback Into Action

The new tools are designed to help companies move beyond simply collecting reviews.

Businesses can use customer feedback at the product, location, and market levels to identify trends, understand customer experiences, respond to reviews, and make decisions based on feedback.

The 3Rs Framework

The launch represents the second phase of Trustpilot’s broader product roadmap for AI-driven commerce.

The first phase introduced the company’s 3Rs framework — Recency, Relevance, and Ranking — alongside tools focused on collecting current customer feedback, improving review collection, monitoring AI visibility, and bringing reputation insights together.

Supporting AI-Driven Commerce

With its latest features, Trustpilot is expanding its role from a traditional review platform toward a broader customer-feedback and AI visibility solution.

The company aims to help businesses understand how their reputation, products, and locations appear across AI search while providing tools to turn customer feedback into actionable insights.
