Trevelino/Keller has announced the launch of Visibly-One, a new practice focused on helping brands increase their presence in responses generated by artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

The new offering becomes the agency’s fourth practice area, joining its existing Public Relations, Growth Marketing, and Creative Services divisions. Visibly-One is designed to address the changing way consumers and business buyers discover information as AI-powered answers increasingly complement traditional search engines.

Rather than simply competing for high positions on search engine results pages, brands now have to work toward becoming sources that AI systems reference, quote, or recommend. Visibly-One aims to help organizations understand this emerging environment and develop strategies to improve their visibility within AI-generated results.

The practice combines several capabilities, including assessments of how brands currently appear across AI answer platforms, continuous tracking of brand and competitor visibility, and the development of content designed to be recognized and referenced by AI systems.

Visibly-One also provides technical recommendations around structured data and other elements of a brand’s online presence that can influence how AI platforms understand and represent a company.

The new practice is supported in part by Trevelino/Keller’s proprietary AI-powered measurement and content intelligence technology. The platform is intended to give clients greater insight into how their brands and competitors are portrayed in AI-generated responses and identify areas where visibility can be improved.

Visibly-One will not operate independently from the agency’s other services. Instead, it will work alongside Trevelino/Keller’s Public Relations, Growth Marketing, and Creative Services teams. This integrated approach allows earned media, paid and organic campaigns, and creative content to contribute toward a shared objective of improving how brands are discovered and trusted by both consumers and AI systems.

According to Trevelino/Keller Co-CEO Dean Trevelino, companies have traditionally focused on optimizing their visibility in conventional search. The emergence of AI-generated answers creates a new challenge: ensuring brands are represented accurately and prominently within those answers.

With Visibly-One, Trevelino/Keller is expanding its capabilities to help clients monitor how AI platforms describe their brands and executives while developing strategies to influence that representation over time.

The launch reflects a broader shift in digital discovery, where visibility increasingly extends beyond traditional search rankings to include the AI-generated answers that consumers and businesses use to research products, services, and companies.
