New AI suite is designed to automate customer engagement workflows and generate production-ready journeys from natural-language requests
SaaS provider Solitics has launched Saai, an agentic AI suite designed to reduce manual work for marketing and product teams in retail banking and accelerate the development and execution of customer engagement campaigns.
Solitics said Saai is designed for integration with its existing platform, with the company targeting full integration within 45 days. The technology combines retail banking expertise with direct knowledge of the Solitics platform to support activities ranging from campaign strategy and analysis to journey design and optimization.
Unlike general-purpose AI assistants, Saai is designed specifically around retail banking customer engagement and the Solitics environment.
The system has been trained using customer engagement use cases and industry practices and can use a bank’s own customer data, events, business rules and campaign context when generating recommendations and customer journeys.
“ We see this as a game-changer for marketing and product teams,” said Tomer Baumel, CEO and Founder of Solitics. “They will be able to turn their complex workflows, which include planning, strategy, content, design, data, automation, development and more, into a fully autonomous 24/7 customer engagement machine.”
Saai is designed to assist teams across multiple stages of campaign development and customer lifecycle management, including:
Saai allows marketing and product teams to describe a business objective in natural language rather than building a campaign from scratch.
For example, a team could request a journey designed to improve digital onboarding, increase product adoption or reduce customer inactivity. Saai can then recommend the audience, triggers, channels, messaging and journey logic and generate a configured campaign for review and deployment.
Solitics said this approach can reduce the time required to move from a business objective to a production-ready customer journey from days to minutes.
The technology can be applied to a range of retail banking scenarios, including KYC onboarding, account activation, card usage, savings product adoption and customer retention.
Once a journey is deployed, the Solitics platform can execute it in real time based on individual customer behavior and interests.
For example, a bank could create an intelligent journey that responds when a customer follows a particular asset or when a market condition reaches a predefined threshold. Rather than building separate campaigns for each event or product, marketers can use a single journey that dynamically adjusts interactions for individual customers.
Saai operates within the bank’s existing Solitics environment and is designed to work alongside established governance processes.
The system respects approval workflows, permissions and audit controls, as well as market-specific compliance requirements. This allows AI-generated recommendations and journeys to remain subject to the controls already used by financial institutions.
By combining agentic AI with Solitics’ real-time engagement capabilities, the company is positioning Saai as an operational layer that can connect campaign strategy, customer data and automated journey execution within a governed banking environment.
