Former Grey Group executive joins Monks to lead EMEA Marketing Services and expand its integrated creative, media and technology model
S4Capital’s Monks, a global digital-first marketing, advertising and technology services company, has announced the appointment of Nirvik Singh to its Executive Leadership Team. Effective October 1, 2026, Singh will initially focus on the company’s EMEA operations as CEO, EMEA Marketing Services.
Singh joined the S4Capital Board of Directors as an independent Non-Executive Director in May 2025. With his move into the regional executive role, he will step down from the S4Capital Board.
In his new position, Singh will focus on accelerating commercial growth, coordinating operations across multiple EMEA markets and expanding Monks’ integrated marketing capabilities throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The appointment follows continued investment in Monks’ EMEA leadership structure. Singh will work alongside Alex Oberberg, Chief Revenue Officer EMEA, who joined the leadership team earlier this year, as well as the company’s country managing directors.
Reporting to Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Monks, Marketing Services, Singh will oversee the region’s business and help bring together brand strategy, creative development, content orchestration and data-driven media under Monks’ unified operating model.
Singh brings more than 35 years of experience spanning marketing, communications and business operations across five continents.
Before joining Monks, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group, where he was responsible for operations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
During his career, Singh has worked with major global brands including Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Volvo, BAT and Haleon. His experience includes managing complex international markets while connecting creative strategy, technology and commercial objectives.
“Nirvik’s appointment marks an exciting milestone for Monks as enterprise CMOs increasingly move away from the fragmented rosters, conflicting incentives, and slow cycles of legacy holding companies,” said Bruno Lambertini, Monks CEO, Marketing Services.
“Modern brands must move at the speed of culture. To achieve that real-time relevance, clients need an agile partner who breaks down the artificial barriers between creative, media, and tech. Having worked closely with Nirvik on our Board, I know his operational rigor, global network expertise, and shared conviction in our unitary model make him uniquely equipped to scale our EMEA presence.”
Singh said marketers are balancing the need for greater operational efficiency and tighter budgets with the ongoing demand for strong creative work, brand differentiation and measurable growth.
“Monks was built from day one as a unified engine. By pairing world-class creative craft with real-time media intelligence and enterprise AI orchestration, we empower brands to show up authentically in cultural moments and drive immediate business results,” said Singh.
He added that he looks forward to moving from his previous board position into the international leadership role and working with Monks teams across EMEA to support clients and the company’s regional growth.
Looking toward 2027, Singh’s leadership will support an expansion of Monks’ EMEA operations through new enterprise partnerships and broader deployment of Monks.Flow, the company’s proprietary AI and workflow platform.
The platform is designed to bring real-time media intelligence, human-led creative curation and automated content orchestration deeper into client workflows.
Through the expanded use of these capabilities, Monks plans to strengthen its approach to helping global brands manage cultural relevance, operational efficiency and commercial performance across EMEA.
