Partnership brings RocketReach’s preverified contact database into Gong’s revenue workflows to support prospecting, enrichment and outreach
RocketReach has partnered with Gong as a Gong Enrich Data Partner, allowing go-to-market teams to access RocketReach’s database of more than 700 million verified contacts directly within Gong’s revenue workflows.
Gong Enrich enables users to connect third-party data providers to the Gong platform, giving revenue teams additional sources of contact and account information without requiring them to switch between multiple tools.
Through the partnership, RocketReach contact data can be incorporated into Gong’s revenue workflows to help teams fill gaps in prospect information and accelerate outreach activities.
RocketReach said its database is used by more than 30 million users and 95% of S&P 500 companies. The company describes its contact records as preverified through a combination of in-house processes and third-party data partners.
Scott Kim, CEO of RocketReach, said the integration is intended to reduce the uncertainty involved in prospecting by giving revenue teams access to verified contact information within their existing workflows.
One use case for the integration is enriching contacts before they enter outreach sequences. If a contact in a Gong Engage Flow is missing information such as an email address or phone number, Gong Enrich can use RocketReach data to complete the record.
Teams can also enrich contacts and accounts directly within Gong, reducing the need to move between Gong, RocketReach and other data providers while researching prospects.
The availability of preverified data is also intended to reduce the need for separate verification services or additional steps in an enrichment process.
Gong administrators retain control over how RocketReach is used within their workflows, including where the provider appears in enrichment waterfalls and how data is synchronized with CRM systems.
The integration also supports Gong's Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) model. Organizations can use their existing RocketReach credits before consuming Gong credits for remaining enrichment requirements.
This approach gives RevOps teams greater control over data costs while allowing them to extend existing RocketReach investments into Gong workflows.
RocketReach is currently available through the Gong Collective. The companies also plan to add support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which could provide additional ways to connect RocketReach data with AI-powered revenue workflows.
The partnership reflects a broader shift toward integrating external data providers directly into revenue intelligence platforms, allowing sales and revenue teams to combine customer interaction data with third-party contact intelligence in a single workflow.
