AI-native platform recognized in PM360’s Marketing Technology or Services category for connecting pharmaceutical marketing and sales execution
PharmaForceIQ’s Optichannel 360 platform has been named a winner in the 2026 PM360 Innovation Awards in the Marketing Technology or Services category.
The awards recognize technologies and ideas selected for their potential to advance the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. This year, 18 innovations were selected from hundreds of submissions across seven categories.
Optichannel 360 is designed to connect pharmaceutical campaign planning, execution, measurement and optimization within a single platform.
The system brings digital marketing and field sales engagement into a shared workflow, allowing commercial teams to coordinate activities that have traditionally been managed through separate systems and processes.
PharmaForceIQ said the platform is designed to help teams connect real-time signals with campaign and field execution, while measuring the impact of engagement across channels.
Optichannel 360 uses PharmaForceIQ’s Affinity Intelligence, which incorporates more than 100 million live preference signals associated with approximately 7 million National Provider Identifiers (NPIs).
These signals are used to identify healthcare professional preferences and inform decisions around content, channels and messaging.
When the platform identifies a relevant signal associated with an individual healthcare professional, it can trigger personalized journeys across more than 75,000 endpoints.
The platform also incorporates Knowledge Nexus, a dataset containing more than 100 million data points collected through a decade of field orchestration. The capability was added following PharmaForceIQ’s 2026 acquisition of field orchestration company Aktana.
In August, PharmaForceIQ launched the unified Optichannel 360 platform along with its first packaged agentic AI capability.
The workflow allows commercial teams to analyze campaign performance, identify factors influencing results and route approved actions back into campaign execution.
The approach is designed to reduce the gap between identifying an opportunity through analytics and acting on that insight across marketing and field channels.
Hemal Somaiya, Chief Executive and Strategy Officer at PharmaForceIQ, said the platform is intended to bring field sales and digital marketing into a common decision-making framework.
The company said Optichannel 360 has been deployed across more than 100 pharmaceutical brands and plans to expand adoption among additional life sciences organizations.
The PM360 recognition adds to PharmaForceIQ’s recent product expansion as pharmaceutical companies increasingly look to coordinate digital engagement, field activity and data-driven commercial decision-making through unified platforms.
