Six award categories will recognize revenue leaders, sales teams, and organizations delivering measurable results through AI-powered selling and revenue orchestration
Outreach, an agentic AI platform for revenue teams, has opened nominations for its 2026 Nucleo Awards. The awards recognize customers using Outreach to drive revenue growth, strengthen sales operations, and pioneer new approaches to AI-driven selling.
The program comes as organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward integrating AI agents into everyday revenue workflows. Outreach aims to recognize teams and individuals using these technologies to improve productivity, automate processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The 2026 Nucleo Awards feature six categories covering leadership, operational improvements, individual performance, and AI adoption:
Revenue Leader of the Year: Recognizes a revenue leader using Outreach AI to transform sales workflows and revenue operations.
Pipeline Impact Award: Honors organizations that have significantly improved pipeline generation or sales velocity.
Agentic Revenue Pioneer: Recognizes organizations generating revenue with AI agents or using them creatively to accelerate revenue automation.
Rising Revenue Leader: Celebrates emerging revenue operations leaders who have driven measurable improvements through process modernization, efficiency gains, and stronger adoption of Outreach tools and AI capabilities.
AE of the Year: Honors an account executive whose execution using Outreach has delivered exceptional individual results.
Women in Sales Leader of Impact: Recognizes a woman sales leader who advances sales performance, mentors others, and demonstrates leadership and innovation.
The awards reflect a broader shift in go-to-market operations, where revenue leaders are increasingly expected to demonstrate measurable returns from AI investments.
Michelle Morgan, research director at IDC, said revenue leaders are now expected to deploy AI agents across their teams, demonstrate return on investment, and guide organizations through significant changes in sales operations. She highlighted the growing role of AI across prospecting, deal management, coaching, and forecasting as a differentiator for high-performing teams.
Outreach positions its platform as a way for organizations to generate more pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and improve forecasting confidence. Through the Nucleo Awards, the company intends to showcase customers demonstrating how agentic AI can support revenue performance.
Each award winner will receive a prize package that includes a complimentary pass to Unleash 2027, AI credits for their company on the Outreach platform, and additional benefits.
Cathlyn Lang, senior vice president of customer experience at Outreach, said customers are demonstrating measurable returns by using AI to handle tasks that take time away from sellers, allowing them to focus more on building relationships and closing deals.
Lang added that the awards are intended to recognize customer achievements and share practical examples of how revenue teams can incorporate AI agents into their operations.
