“The future of revenue execution isn’t another point solution or another layer of AI,” said Nithya Lakshmanan, Chief Product Officer at Outreach. “It’s a connected platform where sellers, leaders, and AI agents work from the same context and move together from signal to action.”
Lakshmanan added that the company’s highest possible scores in areas including Revenue Orchestration, Revenue Context & Continuity, Innovation, Roadmap and Adoption demonstrate the capabilities of the platform and the value customers are deriving from it.
Outreach combines sales engagement, conversation intelligence, deal management and forecasting within a single platform, with enterprise governance incorporated into the system.
Its AI agents can support a range of go-to-market activities, including prospecting, account research, meeting preparation, follow-up, CRM updates, opportunity management, coaching, forecasting, retention and expansion. This approach is intended to reduce administrative work and allow sales professionals to spend more time engaging with customers.
Outreach has recently introduced several AI-focused capabilities, including Outreach Omni Agent, which helps sellers and sales leaders find information and take action across revenue workflows.
The company’s Agent Studio allows organizations to build AI agents around their own business processes and workflows.
Outreach also uses a headless, MCP-enabled architecture designed to connect revenue data and actions with external AI agents and enterprise applications.
The Forrester evaluation further noted that Outreach demonstrated capabilities around autonomy controls, monitoring, usage management and outcome reporting for revenue-focused AI agents operating in production environments.
Together, these capabilities position Outreach’s platform around the coordination of human and AI-driven activities across the broader B2B revenue lifecycle.
