Ours Privacy, a HIPAA-compliant customer data platform built specifically for healthcare marketers, has raised $15 million in Series A funding to expand its privacy-focused marketing and data infrastructure.
The round was led by Lightbank and Health Velocity Capital, with participation from existing investors including Rock Health, Lakehouse, TMV, Switch Ventures, Starfire Ventures, and GreyMatter.
Healthcare marketers have increasingly faced challenges balancing effective digital marketing with strict privacy regulations. Changes in HIPAA enforcement and the introduction of additional state privacy laws have made traditional tracking and advertising technologies more difficult to use safely.
Ours Privacy was created to address this challenge by providing healthcare organizations with marketing infrastructure designed around privacy and compliance from the beginning.
The platform uses server-side tracking to collect and connect data from multiple sources. It can filter sensitive information before it reaches advertising platforms or analytics systems, giving healthcare marketers greater control over how customer and patient-related data is handled.
The company also provides tools such as a web scanner, consent management platform, A/B testing, and advanced analytics, bringing marketing, measurement, and compliance capabilities together in one system.
Ours Privacy was founded in 2024 by Jessica Holton, Adam Putterman, and Tyler Zey after the team encountered difficulties finding compliant marketing and analytics infrastructure while operating their telehealth company, Ours Wellness.
The founders subsequently developed their own solution, which evolved into a broader customer data and marketing platform for healthcare organizations.
Today, Ours Privacy says its platform serves more than 200 healthcare organizations, ranging from large healthcare enterprises to digital health startups.
The new Series A investment will support continued product development and expansion across the healthcare industry.
The company says its goal is to help healthcare marketers manage data, measure campaign performance, and improve digital experiences while maintaining strong privacy and compliance standards.
CEO Jessica Holton said the funding will allow Ours Privacy to accelerate its platform development and bring its privacy-first approach to more healthcare organizations.
