New MCP Server and specialized AI assistants enable marketers to manage campaigns through external AI tools or directly within Movable Ink
Movable Ink has introduced headless marketing capabilities that allow marketers to create, manage, and optimize campaigns within its platform or through external AI tools they already use. The launch expands the company’s Programmatic CRM approach, introduced at Think Summit NYC in June, by bringing AI-assisted automation and decision-making to owned channels, including email, mobile, and web.
The capabilities are powered by Movable Ink’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server and supported by a growing set of specialized AI assistants designed to streamline campaign execution and improve access to marketing data, creative assets, and performance insights.
Movable Ink’s MCP Server connects AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to the company’s platform, allowing marketers to use natural-language prompts to access marketing capabilities while maintaining execution context and brand consistency within Movable Ink.
According to the company, the server exposes more than 50 APIs across eight Da Vinci domains. These enable marketers to:
Manage, schedule, and proof content across channels
Manage and activate audiences and data
Create, review, approve, and manage creative assets
Access brand assets and creative guidelines
Retrieve campaign, creative, and performance reports
The approach is intended to reduce the need to switch between interfaces while enabling marketers to initiate tasks and access relevant information through their preferred AI tools.
Alongside its headless capabilities, Movable Ink’s Agentic Orchestration Platform brings AI assistance directly into existing marketing workflows through a set of specialized assistants.
The current assistants include:
Analytics Assistant: Provides natural-language reporting and performance insights.
Brand Kit Assistant: Automates brand guideline management and creative setup.
Subject Line Assistant: Generates copy aligned with brand requirements.
Designer Assistant: Helps marketers create custom creative properties without coding through conversational prompts.
These tools are designed to support tasks across campaign analysis, brand management, copywriting, and creative development.
Movable Ink’s launch builds on its Programmatic CRM vision, which applies automation and decision-making principles commonly associated with paid media to owned marketing channels.
CEO Adam Stambleck said many AI tools lack the campaign, creative, customer, and performance context needed to support marketing decisions. He described the MCP Server as a way to make Movable Ink’s capabilities accessible through the AI tools marketers already use, without requiring teams to adopt another interface.
By combining external AI access with assistants embedded in its own platform, Movable Ink aims to give marketing teams more flexibility in how they plan and execute campaigns. The company’s approach is intended to reduce manual campaign management and allow teams to focus more on strategy, creative development, and customer experiences.
