New platform combines real-time portfolio monitoring, predictive analytics, and conversational AI to support business decision-making

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) has licensed PFC Insight, a business intelligence platform developed by 2iG Solutions for the premium finance industry. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform integrates with ISC’s premium finance operations, Jump Premium Funding, to provide analytics and interactive dashboards for monitoring business performance.

Traditional premium finance systems primarily support day-to-day loan management, but may offer limited visibility into broader business trends. PFC Insight combines policy, quote, and loan data to help ISC analyze agency production, customer retention, channel performance, default trends, and profitability through real-time reporting.

Real-Time Insights for Business Performance

The platform is designed to give ISC teams faster access to operational data without relying on static reports or custom reporting requests.

“Data is one of ISC’s greatest strategic assets,” said Russ Goldstein, senior vice president at ISC. He said PFC Insight enables the Jump team to explore data in real time, identify trends, make more informed decisions, and strengthen agency relationships.

Users can examine performance indicators through customizable dashboards and save or export reports for further analysis.

Conversational AI for Data Analysis

PFC Insight also incorporates conversational AI, allowing users to ask business questions in plain English and receive data-driven answers, visualizations, and insights.

For example, teams can investigate fluctuations in production across specific agencies without requiring manual report development. The feature is intended to make business intelligence more accessible and help users identify factors that may influence performance.

Patrick McCall, chief sales officer at 2iG Solutions, said the company welcomed the partnership with ISC, citing its focus on innovation and technology-driven growth. He said the collaboration would bring AI-powered analytics and real-time business intelligence to premium finance operations.

Monitoring Portfolio Risks

Beyond performance reporting, PFC Insight supports ongoing portfolio monitoring by flagging potential risks, including at-risk renewals, non-sufficient funds (NSF) activity, low-equity loans, and accounts showing signs of moving toward collections.

Built-in AI capabilities are designed to help explain the factors behind emerging trends, giving leadership teams additional context to assess potential issues and respond proactively.

By combining portfolio monitoring with conversational analytics, the platform aims to help premium finance teams improve risk visibility, evaluate operational performance, and make decisions based on current business data.
