Harmony, a voice AI platform developed by monday.com, has launched a solution designed to help enterprise sales teams increase customer engagement and improve lead conversion. The platform uses specialized artificial intelligence models to manage customer calls, follow up with prospects, qualify leads, and support sales conversations throughout the customer journey.

The launch targets a common challenge for revenue teams: businesses often generate more leads and follow-up opportunities than their sales representatives can handle. Delayed responses, missed calls, and inconsistent follow-ups can cause potential deals to stall or disappear.

Harmony aims to address these gaps by automating customer conversations while allowing human representatives to focus on interactions that require deeper expertise and judgment.

Specialized AI Models Designed for Real-Time Conversations

Harmony uses task-specific large language models (LLMs) trained on customer conversations, alongside voice technology acquired from OneAI and a predictive engine designed to coordinate responses in real time.

Rather than relying entirely on general-purpose AI models, the platform uses specialized models for individual tasks, including lead qualification, information gathering, and objection handling.

According to the company, its models achieve approximately 200 milliseconds of audio-to-audio response latency. This is intended to support more natural conversational exchanges and help AI agents respond quickly during live calls.

The platform is designed to address limitations associated with generic conversational AI, particularly in sales environments where inaccurate answers, inconsistent messaging, or inappropriate responses can affect customer trust and business outcomes.

AI Agents Support the Sales Cycle From Prospecting to Handoffs

Harmony's AI agents are designed to handle multiple stages of the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to lead qualification, pitching, objection handling, and transferring qualified prospects to human representatives.

When a call requires human involvement, the system can provide the representative with a briefing to support a more informed continuation of the conversation.

The platform also includes AI-powered call center capabilities such as predictive and power dialing, inbound call routing, branded caller identification, and support for unlimited phone numbers. Built-in consent and compliance controls are intended to help businesses manage calling operations, while CRM integrations allow relevant interaction data to be recorded directly in customer systems.

The company says its infrastructure is built on Twilio's platform to support enterprise-grade calling capabilities. These features are intended to help businesses manage customer interactions across different markets and time zones, including outside standard working hours.

Finance Company Reports Improved Lead Conversion

Bright Car Finance Ltd, a UK car finance broker, shared an example of how automated follow-up can support sales performance.

The company reported generating approximately 2,500 approved applications each month but converting around 5% into finance agreements before implementing Harmony. According to Richard Stubbs, the company's director, the AI agent now follows up with approved applicants promptly, qualifies about half of the conversations it handles, and transfers 80% of those qualified conversations to advisers.

The company also reported a 9% increase in closed deals in less than a year.

These figures represent the customer's reported experience and may not reflect results across other industries or implementations. They nevertheless illustrate the potential value of timely follow-up and more consistent lead engagement in sales processes.

Balancing Automation With Control and Compliance

Voice AI can help businesses increase the volume of customer interactions they manage, but enterprise deployment also requires attention to call quality, data handling, customer consent, and applicable regulations.

Harmony positions its specialized models and structured workflows as a way to make AI-driven conversations more predictable and easier to manage than less constrained systems. Its compliance controls and CRM integrations are intended to support operational oversight as businesses expand automated calling.

Organizations adopting voice AI will still need to assess how these systems handle sensitive information, communicate with customers, and escalate situations that require human judgment.

Harmony Expands Availability Across Key Markets

Harmony is available to mid-market and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore, with additional markets and languages planned. The platform also integrates with major customer relationship management systems.

By combining real-time voice AI, automated dialing, lead qualification, and sales workflow integration, Harmony aims to help businesses respond to prospects more consistently and make better use of their existing sales pipelines.

The launch reflects a broader shift toward AI-powered customer engagement, in which automation supports the scale and speed of customer communication while human sales teams concentrate on complex discussions and closing opportunities.
