New integration combines digital asset management with AI-powered rights intelligence, content tracking, and brand compliance across the content lifecycle
FADEL, a provider of AI-powered brand compliance, rights management, and licensing solutions, and Gournay Consulting, a Bynder implementation and integration partner, have announced a new connector linking Bynder’s digital asset management (DAM) platform with FADEL Brand Vision.
Developed by Gournay Consulting, the integration connects Bynder’s asset management capabilities with Brand Vision’s digital rights management, content tracking, and brand compliance tools. Bynder remains the central system for organizing and distributing digital assets, while Brand Vision adds information about usage rights, restrictions, and expiration dates, along with visibility into where images and videos appear after distribution.
The connector allows organizations to access rights and compliance capabilities within the Bynder environment, helping teams verify whether content can be used for specific campaigns and distribution requirements.
FADEL Brand Vision links digital assets to associated agreements and restrictions covering elements such as models, photographers, music, fonts, and locations. According to FADEL, real-time rights clearance checks can help users determine whether content is approved for a particular timeframe, format, and territory.
The integration is designed to help organizations:
Reuse content with greater confidence by connecting assets to relevant agreements and usage restrictions.
Accelerate campaign delivery through automated rights validation before publication.
Manage expiration-related risks with proactive monitoring of usage permissions.
Track distributed content across websites, ecommerce platforms, social media, and other digital channels.
Improve collaboration by connecting content and rights information for global teams and agencies.
Manage AI-related content by accounting for associated rights and usage restrictions.
Devi Gupta, executive vice president of marketing at FADEL, said Brand Vision helps organizations keep marketing content—including advertisements, logos, images, videos, and product packaging—current, compliant, and aligned with brand requirements.
Managing an asset within a DAM platform does not provide complete visibility into how it is used after publication. Once images and videos are distributed across digital channels, organizations also need to monitor where the content appears and whether its continued use complies with licensing agreements.
FADEL said Brand Vision uses AI-based media-matching technology, developed through more than five years of research and development, alongside more than 100 targeted web crawlers to track rights-managed content. The technology can identify images and video footage embedded within other videos, helping brands locate content beyond its original distribution environment.
According to the company, Brand Vision is deployed across more than 50 brands in over seven countries. Its capabilities include monitoring websites, major ecommerce platforms, and social channels, as well as supporting automated takedown workflows and rights-renewal decisions informed by actual content usage.
The integration is intended to help organizations balance creative flexibility with stronger oversight of content usage throughout its lifecycle.
Benjamin Gournay, managing partner at Gournay Consulting, said the connector adds a governance layer to Bynder that can support collaboration, campaign delivery, and brand integrity.
By combining asset management with rights intelligence and post-distribution monitoring, FADEL and Gournay Consulting aim to give organizations a more connected approach to managing digital content, reducing rights-related risks, and maintaining compliance across channels.
