Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together, has announced a $300 million investment in Creatio Bank.AI from 2026 through 2028. The investment is aimed at accelerating AI innovation and expanding the capabilities needed to support AI adoption across banks and financial institutions.
The announcement comes as financial institutions increase their use of artificial intelligence and demand for Creatio’s platform continues to grow. The company’s financial services business grew 48% year over year, supporting its decision to increase investment in the banking sector.
The investment will support continued development of the Creatio Bank.AI platform, combining Creatio’s AI platform, AI CRM capabilities, and pre-built banking agents.
The company plans to expand its product capabilities while also investing in AI enablement, deployment resources, and its global partner ecosystem. These efforts are intended to help financial institutions implement AI solutions at enterprise scale.
Creatio Bank.AI is designed to support three major banking areas: Growth, Service, and Operations.
Growth agents are designed to support customer acquisition, onboarding, and share-of-wallet expansion. Service agents focus on improving customer experiences through faster and more personalized resolution of customer needs.
Operations agents are designed to streamline activities including compliance, regulatory reporting, and mid- and back-office workflows.
Creatio will continue investing in its AI Studio, which provides tools for creating and managing AI agents.
Planned advancements include enhanced no-code designers for personal and enterprise AI agents, centralized AI governance, integrations, AI modality management, security, and enterprise-grade observability.
These capabilities are intended to provide financial institutions with greater control over the development, deployment, and management of AI agents across their organizations.
A significant portion of the investment will focus on helping customers and partners adopt AI at scale.
Creatio plans to expand dedicated training programs, AI accelerator workshops, and industry-specific guidance designed to provide financial institutions with the knowledge and practical frameworks required to implement AI.
The company will also strengthen its global channel delivery capabilities, giving implementation partners additional expertise to help banks deploy AI use cases.
Creatio has developed long-standing relationships with financial services organizations, including Nasdaq, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Metro Bank, MetLife, CEC Bank, OTP Bank, National Bank of Panama, and ESL Credit Union, among others.
The company says this industry experience provides a foundation for expanding Bank.AI and developing AI capabilities tailored to the operational and customer-facing requirements of financial institutions.
Creatio’s investment builds on its Unlimited Enterprise vision, which is focused on enabling people and AI agents to work together on a single platform.
The company’s approach aims to reduce traditional limitations around users, AI agents, workflows, applications, and organizational scale, allowing enterprises to expand AI-enabled processes across different business functions.
Katherine Kostereva, CEO of Creatio, said the next generation of banking will involve people and AI agents working together across customer and operational workflows.
According to Kostereva, the $300 million investment will help financial institutions access the technology, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem required to adopt AI more quickly and at enterprise scale.
As part of its broader commitment to the banking sector, Creatio recently launched the Bank.AI hub, a dedicated resource for financial services executives navigating the growing role of artificial intelligence.
Creatio also announced industry-focused events to support AI education and adoption. The company planned the “Bank.AI: Practical AI Use Cases for Banking” digital event for September 24 and the Bank.AI Summit in Chicago for October 27.
These initiatives are designed to bring together financial services leaders to discuss AI use cases, adoption strategies, implementation practices, and industry transformation.
Through its $300 million commitment, Creatio plans to invest across product development, AI innovation, customer enablement, partner capabilities, and banking-specific solutions through 2028.
The investment reflects the company’s focus on helping financial institutions integrate AI into customer engagement, operational processes, compliance activities, and other banking workflows while expanding the ecosystem required to support enterprise-wide adoption.
