Investment through 2028 will support AI product development, customer adoption programs and partner capabilities across the banking sector

Creatio has announced a $300 million investment from 2026 through 2028 in Creatio Bank.AI, its AI CRM and workflow offering for banks and financial institutions.

The investment comes as Creatio reports continued growth in its financial services business, which increased 48% year over year. The company said the new commitment will accelerate AI product development while expanding customer enablement, deployment capabilities and its partner ecosystem.

Expanding AI Capabilities for Banking

Creatio plans to direct a significant portion of the investment toward expanding the Bank.AI platform, combining its AI platform, CRM capabilities and pre-built AI agents for financial institutions.

The platform is organized around three core banking areas:

  • Growth: AI agents designed to support customer acquisition, onboarding and share-of-wallet expansion.
  • Service: Agents focused on customer support and personalized issue resolution.
  • Operations: AI capabilities for compliance, regulatory reporting and middle- and back-office processes.

Creatio also plans to expand AI Studio, its no-code environment for creating and managing AI agents. Planned improvements include AI governance, integrations, security, observability and tools for managing different AI modalities.

Supporting AI Adoption

Beyond product development, Creatio said the investment will expand programs designed to help financial institutions and implementation partners deploy AI at scale.

The initiatives will include dedicated training, AI accelerator workshops and industry-specific guidance. Creatio also plans to strengthen its channel delivery capabilities, giving implementation partners additional expertise to support banking customers with AI deployments.

The company has longstanding relationships with financial organizations including Nasdaq, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Metro Bank, MetLife, CEC Bank, OTP Bank, National Bank of Panama and ESL Credit Union.

Bank.AI Hub Supports Financial Services Leaders

The investment builds on Creatio’s broader Unlimited Enterprise approach, which is designed to allow employees and AI agents to operate together across workflows, applications and business processes.

Creatio recently launched the Bank.AI hub as a resource for financial services executives evaluating AI applications and adoption strategies.

The company is also expanding its industry events and educational initiatives around banking AI, including the “Bank.AI: Practical AI Use Cases for Banking” digital event scheduled for September 24 and the Bank.AI Summit in Chicago on October 27.

Focus on Enterprise-Scale AI Adoption

Katherine Kostereva, CEO of Creatio, said the investment is intended to help financial institutions combine human employees and AI agents across customer-facing and operational workflows.

With the financial services sector becoming a major area of AI investment, Creatio said its three-year commitment will focus on both technology development and the practical capabilities needed to deploy AI across banking organizations at enterprise scale.
