Company also ranks among the three highest-scoring vendors across all Gartner Critical Capabilities use cases
Bloomreach has been recognized in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Multichannel Marketing Hubs, with the company also ranking among the three highest-scoring vendors across every Use Case evaluated in Gartner's companion 2026 Critical Capabilities for Multichannel Marketing Hubs report.
The Critical Capabilities report evaluates how effectively recognized marketing hub products support specific use cases on a five-point scale, while the Magic Quadrant assesses vendors based on their overall market position.
Bloomreach said it ranked highest in the Conversational and Agent-Augmented Marketing Use Case and second-highest in the Real-Time Personalization and Decisioning Use Case.
Bloomreach attributed its positioning to the integration of its customer engagement applications with Loomi, the company's AI technology for personalized customer engagement.
“Being among the three highest scoring vendors in every Use Case reflects what a multichannel marketing hub is meant to do: know the customer, decide what to send, and orchestrate it everywhere without your team stitching it together by hand,” said Anirban Bardalaye, Chief Product Officer at Bloomreach.
According to Bloomreach, Loomi is embedded across its applications and agents and is designed to provide AI capabilities throughout customer engagement workflows.
Bloomreach said its platform combines warehouse and customer data platform (CDP) information with live behavioral signals, allowing customer data to be activated across more than 175 integrations.
The company also supports 17 native channels, with shared suppression and consent rules intended to maintain consistent customer communication preferences as marketers add channels to their campaigns.
Bloomreach is also using Loomi to support AI agents designed to automate parts of customer engagement and marketing operations.
The company said Loomi Connect extends the same intelligence to external surfaces, allowing agents to support execution beyond Bloomreach's native applications.
Bloomreach positioned these capabilities as part of a broader move toward AI-assisted marketing operations, where customer data, decisioning and campaign execution can be connected within a single workflow.
The Gartner recognition comes as marketing teams increasingly evaluate platforms based on their ability to coordinate customer data, personalization, decisioning and engagement across multiple channels.
Bloomreach's recognition in the Magic Quadrant and its Critical Capabilities rankings provide separate views of the company's position and product capabilities. Gartner notes that its publications represent the opinions of its research organization and are not endorsements or recommendations to select a particular vendor.
