AI Digital, an AI-native media consultancy, has acquired a Barcelona-based creative agency to strengthen the human creative expertise behind its AI Creative Studio.

The acquisition expands AI Digital’s recently launched AI Creative Studio, which uses generative AI alongside human design and art direction to produce campaign assets faster and at lower cost.

The company says production workflows that traditionally take 8–12 weeks for activities such as casting, permits, locations, and post-production can now reach a first cut in approximately one week.

The newly acquired team adds dedicated art direction and design capabilities to AI Digital’s AI + Human Intelligence model. While AI supports faster production and greater creative volume, human teams continue to guide brand decisions, strategic direction, design quality, and execution.

The acquisition reflects AI Digital’s broader approach of combining automated production with human creative judgment. AI handles much of the speed and scale, while in-house creative specialists focus on directing, design, cinematography, and strategic decision-making.
