The streamlined onboarding process has also contributed to this success by boosting new hires’ confidence and readiness to lead classes effectively. In addition, the positive reception of the platform, with 99% of franchisees actively participating, highlights its effectiveness in enhancing staff engagement and creating a more supportive work environment.
