MiQ, global programmatic media partner, has promoted Charlie Neer and Erin Madorsky to co-Chief Executive Officers for the U.S. This strategic move allows MiQ to capitalize on the duo’s combined expertise and track record of success, as the company continues to experience strong momentum and performance in its largest market and deliver on its mission to service programmatic excellence for the entire digital advertising ecosystem.
Neer will take a vertical focus, leading the management of MiQ’s revenue generation and delivery teams, ensuring the evolution of its commercial approach, trading practices, and service models – all aimed at driving growth across all segments. With a horizontal focus, Madorsky will lead the departments that support commercial efforts including U.S. product, marketing, sales strategy, and strategic partnerships – ensuring MiQ remains on the front foot, and differentiated in its strategy for delivering value to clients of all types.
Together, they will prioritize strategic investments that bolster the company’s cutting-edge technology, expand MiQ’s innovative product suite, elevate invaluable industry partnerships, and help acquire and develop talent to continue to deliver exceptional service to clients. Ongoing investments in technology – particularly in AI – will power further sophistication of its trading practices. Additionally, advancements towards offerings across CTV, commerce, retail media networks, cookieless and more will allow the team to remain ahead of emerging market trends and empower clients to achieve their marketing goals with unrivaled efficiency and effectiveness.
“For years, Erin and Charlie have been architects of our success in the U.S., and their appointment as co-CEOs is a testament to their outstanding leadership and the trust we have in their collective vision,” said Gurman Hundal, co-founder and Global CEO of MiQ. “As we enter this new chapter of growth, their invaluable expertise, complementary skill sets, and unwavering commitment to our clients and the industry will be instrumental in propelling MiQ to even greater heights. I’m confident that under their leadership, our U.S. business will continue to thrive and set new standards for programmatic excellence moving forward.”
Neer, previously serving as U.S. Chief Commercial Officer, and Madorsky, formerly U.S. Chief Strategy Officer, have played pivotal roles in driving substantial business momentum for MiQ. Under their leadership, the U.S. market has consistently surpassed its growth targets. Notably, their efforts have resulted in the formation of groundbreaking partnerships with key clients, a new verticalized approach to products, marketing and enablement, the launch of a revenue operations practice enhancing automation and transparency, and impressive results associated with increased adoption of programmatic CTV.
“I’m thrilled to co-lead alongside Erin,” said Charlie Neer, co-CEO of MiQ’s U.S. business. “Our success has always been rooted in our ability to stay ahead of the curve and deliver solutions that drive real impact for our clients.
